SUPPORT THE MBS BUILDING FUND

Several years ago, Memorial Baptist School spearheaded a successful fundraiser to build a new gymnasium and classroom building. Our Middle School students received a much needed boost for in-class learning technology, as well as overall classroom size. Smart boards, laptops, 3D printers, and a new science lab are just a few of the academic upgrades. Additionally, our sports program finally has the facilities that it needs for not only for practicing, but hosting their volleyball and basketball home games. The gymnasium also gives a much needed covered space for our physical education program, especially during inclement weather. As lagniappe, our new building serves as a communal gathering location for hosting a wide range of events; from our annual Christmas Pageant, Veterans Day Ceremony, Easter Fish Fry, and more! 

 

The next phase of our gymnasium project will focus on closing in the sides to the currently open air facility. We have already begun fundraising for this highly necessary addition, and we will continue to press forward until we achieve our financial goal.
